Book on Flexibility Training?
« on: December 29, 2010, 10:31:40 PM »
I have hunted without success through the threads in an attempt to find the title of a book that was recommended for flexibility training. I saw it; I looked it up on Amazon; it was available; it looked great; and I didn't order it  :(  Could someone help me with the title?

thanks for any help ...
