Pro Shops in NYC

Hi everyone!

I'm headed to NYC next week for vacation and I'm bringing my skates JUST IN CASE I have time to skate (it's a mixed work/vacation so my time is limited). But are there any really good pro shops up there that I should check out even if I can't get on the ice?

I plan on going to the Capezio store to see what they have but don't know of any others in the area that might cater to skating-ish clothes. :)

If you're looking for stones, M&J Trimming is in NYC.  I've ordered from them online but never been to the store, though.  I could swear I had some other NYC-based dancewear store bookmarked but I can't find it now.

If you can get out of the city, US Icewear is in East Hanover, NJ (by appointment), not too far away.

I got my skates (and have them sharpened) at West Side Skate.  I've never gotten clothes there and I think there were more kid/teen type sizes, but they definitely had clothes and adult sizes too.  Maybe try calling first.
