Thanks so much for your interest in my YouTube channel...I found this forum through looking at my Insight statistics. :)

In addition to all the free stuff on my YouTube channel, my three professional products for figure skaters are available through Healthy Learning, one of the largest publishers of health, fitness, and sport conditioning resources. In addition to the workouts, I also have an integrated off-ice conditioning/sport psychology program available from the same publishers, and it includes a BONUS yoga workout. Check here for more details: http://www.healthylearning.com/m-1527-linda-ross-phd-figure-skater-trainer.aspx

Both the sport psychology program and the yoga workout have been presented at previous USFS Sports Science and Medicine congresses, which used to be held in conjunction with the US National Championships (more recently they've been a part of the PSA national event and trade show).

Yoga program was presented in 2008 is included here: http://www.usfsa.org/Content/2008SymposiaPresentations.zip
Sport psychology program was presented in 2009 is included here: http://www.usfsa.org/Content/2009SymposiaPresentations.zip

Please note that the professional products are commercial grade, NOT like the home-made clips I publish on my YouTube channel.

In addition to being an off-ice conditioning coach, I am also an adult skater, and I'm THRILLED to have found this forum.

Hi Lauren! Great to see you here, and thanks for your kind words about my book. It was funny, when I was at Dorothy Hamill camp this past summer, I gave copies of my books and DVDs to our coaches, and it was only THEN than one of my fellow campers realized that I, this beginner/intermediate level adult skater woman who had been skating with him all week, am actually the author of that book--he's a competitive adult skater and quite a fan of sport psychology and had a copy of the book himself...he just didn't recognize me  :)

PS...your adult off-ice workout is awesome...friend of mine has it and showed it to me. I was really impressed.
