A lot of the info on nutrition on the Internet is contradictory. I have trouble figuring out which to use. Maybe some of you do too.

Here is one source that might be helpful:

gives reports issued by the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine, National Academy of Sciences. This is an extremely respectable peer reviewed set of reports. Where study results diagree, that fact is mentioned.

It is a lot to read, and fairly technical.
