Sit Spins under ISI - Judging?

Was wondering if, according to ISI judging criteria, straight-legged sit spins are preferred over bent-legged ones?

Is it a hard and fast rule, or is it up to the judges' preferences?

Since nobody has answered, I'll just say that the ISI website shows an example of their test sit spin with the skater's free leg slightly bent.  Although a straight free leg is traditionally preferred, there is no mention of it in the criteria listed in the video for the 4th test, here:
