I found this document on the USFSA website - it's a great guide to off-ice exercises, including warm ups, cool downs and strength training.

I just went back to look at what you meant and she does get "some crazy height."

I did off-ice warmups with skaters today and had them do the lunge walking, grapevines, and a few other stretches since they had so much nervous energy to burn off.
