I am 5' 11" and 146 lbs, I was originally going to go with Riedell 133 but they were a little wide for my feet (I have super narrow feet). Eventually I ended up with the Riedell Bronze Medallions with sapphire blades, on sale because they discontinued the line.

I would try to get fitted at a pro shop, if you can, so you can try on tons of pairs until you find the perfect one. Also, your shoe size might be smaller in the skates. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 shoe but I'm in a size 7 skate. If I was buying without the help of a professional fitter I would have never even tried on something as small as a 7.
