This is the tool that cuts figures into the ice skating surface for figure skaters to follow.Though figures are no longer compulsory in competition, this collectors item can still can be used as a teaching aid by skaters and coaches. This tool is adjustable to make radii ranging from 28" to 8'. Folds to 30" x 4" x 2". Tubular aluminum construction with hardened steel scribe and pivot, wingnut locking mechanism, and rubber grips. Hardened steel scribe cuts a 3/8" groove in ice. Comes with zippered nylon bag with shoulder strap. Attention Artists, Masons, Archetects, and Landscapers: Can be used as a compass to make 16' arcs and circles. Made by Impar, Inc., Israel.
