I just saw this video on YouTube and thought it was a great demo video for spins.  It's in slow motion and the camera angle is close-up.  While the skating foot isn't shown much (other than the starting FO variant) it is great to see the upper body movements that keep the spins in motion.

Note to our CW skaters: there's a beautiful segment of a CW skater starting at 3:40 - layback, haircutter and Biellman.  Another one is shown around 5:15.


After a while, they all look like dolls on a string or music box, lol.
