I had to go to full customs to get boots to fit my narrow heel / wide forefoot.
However, Harlicks does have an X-Line fit for stock boots, so call that semi-custom.

Quote
X-Line Design:
All stock boot models are available in the X-Line Design at no additional charge.
The X-Line Design is a special boot last that allows for a rounder toe box, fuller arch, and
one width narrower heel.

However, they wouldn't fit me, so I had to go full custom. And after getting one boot refit, they've done me for a couple of years.
Yes I'm in with the 90's. I have a skating blog. http://icedoesntcare.blogspot.com/

The more advanced Jackson boots (those specified as built on the Elite last) come stock in split width with the heel one width narrower than the ball; Jacksons also have a more rounded toe box than many other makes.  If the difference in width is greater, semi-custom split widths are available at a lower cost than full custom (assuming no other foot conditions that require full custom).  A Jackson skate tech will take measurements and tracings of your feet and send them off to Jackson, who will then assess what you need.
