Losing my Marbles ... (foot soothers)
« on: July 19, 2019, 11:42:06 AM »
Someone on another message board mentioned a sore-foot treatment that I think is brilliant from a DIY perspective.  She puts a bunch of marbles in a dishpan, adds warm water and epsom salts, then rolls the marbles underfoot or picks them up with her toes while she soaks her feet.

I tried it in my fancy-schmancy footbath and it is better than the attachments that came with the foot basin!
