Off-Ice Spin Trainer Class
« on: March 08, 2011, 09:19:52 AM »
This is so cool - Extreme Ice in NC offered a 7-week program that incorporated an off-ice class using spin trainers (aka: spinners) and an on-ice power class!

It must have been popular for them to offer a high-level (passed Juv) and a low-level (passed Pre-Prel) track.
