Special Classes, At Gardens Ice Hou8se in Laurel, MDBecause of Summer camps, and special classes, my current rink, The Gardens Ice House, in Laurel, MD, is running there last weekday public session for a while, this weekend.
Work sessions (freestyle) will continue through 6/21, at which point the Mid Atlantic Skating School sessions and classes start - more or less the same thing.
I just skated a public held in the back rink Logsdon, which has colder and harder ice. I kept skidding. The FS sessions are split between Resor and Logsdon, so I guess they all get practice on both hard and soft ice - probably a good thing.
