Title: "New" skating dress(practice)

I just bought this skating dress today. It's a bit small I think and the bodice is a bit short. I think I can take off the sleeves and make it spaghetti strap. Is the skirt too short? What do you guys think? Btw, the dress is long sleeved, but i tied them up to see how it would look and to make the bodice a bit longer.

Skirt length is fine for freestyle.
