. I wish I had the perfect skates for me and my skating.
. I wish I could jump higher and stronger.
. I wish I had free, unlimited access to ice time.

Time - I'd love for more time to be available for dd.  Her school days are long!
Money - For equipment, testing, comps, costumes, coaching and ice
Opportunity - to have the best coaches for dd - those concerned about her as the girl and the skater.

Judging - that is consistent, always fair, and provides constructive feedback **
TV audience - so that the sport will grow and gain popularity again
Reasonably priced equipment - so that skaters can have what they need instead of what they can afford

** Note: this is not a slam against judges; my DD is one. It's a reality of a shortage of judges, hectic schedules, and lack of time for them all to get together and train together to ensure that everyone is on the same page; it's a volunteer occupation with a need for more respect and funding for training and education, and time to work with the skaters instead of coming in and out on a hectic test day or competition.

So I can't wish for a 200 IQ and wicked math skills? cause that's what I want.

1. A rink in my town.
2. I wish I had time to do some statistical analysis of figure skating skills development as it relates to training.
3. I wish every good looking single man would wake up and say "Damn, I know how to meet chicks, I'll take up ice dance! Screw hockey. Who wants to sit around in a sweaty room with a bunch of guys!"
Yes I'm in with the 90's. I have a skating blog. http://icedoesntcare.blogspot.com/

1. A private ice rink! that has perfect ice 24/7. That would be awesome :)

2. Unlimited money to spend on skating-related things... lessons, etc.

3. Extreme coordination/more effortless talent!

- Unlimited ice time/lessons/equipment, and someone to drive me until I can drive (only one more year!)

- A guarantee that my coach will never stop coaching/die/move away/change/etc.

- The ability to work through my tests without worrying about age, the decline of my athletic peak, and college fatigue.

1. to always be fit & healthy so as to be able to skate
2. my own rink
3. have all skating-related expenses (and more, but that would be outside "skating") paid for

2) to be able to skate whenever (and afford to)

3) have beautiful skates specifically designed for me :D

1. To be about 15 kilograms lighter so that I could jump higher

2. To have the money to skate as many times a week as I wanted

3. A place at Ilia Kulik's Skating School in California  :D
"Three months in figure skating is nothing. Three months is like 5 minutes in a day. 5 minutes in 24 hours - that's how long you've been working on this. And that's not long at all. You are 1000% better than you were 5 minutes ago." -- My coach

1.  To be able to afford and have the ice time available to skate 5 days a week for 2-3 hours a day with a top ranking coach.

2.  Be able to have consistent jumps all the time.

3.  For my skating to look big at competitions instead of small and nervous.

Three wishes...

1. to be injury and pain free for as long as I skate.
2. to love the sport "forever".
3. to always be challenged by new things and the ability to improve.

* My biggest "dream/wish" is to land a double loop. =-)

Time
Talent (hah!)
Money (hah!!!)

With those three leetle things a skater could possibly go anywhere.  Add health and support, and I think it would be guaranteed.

Realistically, I'd love more speed/flow/power, more grace, and just a little bit of artistry (I have absolutely none, so can't ask for "more").

Haha, Sierra's wishes sound exactly like what I want. All that unlimited ice time for free! I would like to add though maybe the ability to not have to worry about my shoulders and concentrate on my feet.

A physiotherapist who is an ex-competitive figure skater and speaks fluent skating.

yay.

have the ability to consistently land jumps
flexibility
crossed legs on axels and double jumps

i've noticed that a lot of you say you want your own rink. i honestly don't. i like looking at the really talented skaters' techniques and applying them to my own! and showing off to the low level skaters (admit it, we all do)

Money - that includes cheaper ice time & gear, wouldn't have to worry about the cost of getting stuff shipped here because we're a nation of rugby-ites & skating doesn't make it to the sporting radar, and my poor sibling could buy his own boots & not have to rely on hire skates

More rinks - there are only 3 cities in the whole country that have a rink, sometimes I consider moving for work would be a good move but one thing holding me back - no ice skating, I did not invest time & money to give up now!!

Time - better timed sessions for adults, more of them :) follows the more rinks, more groups spread out over more rinks = more time for each group to get access to ice time without clashing with the wants of other groups

Money! To pay for ice time and coaching mainly, and new skates/blades/dresses/competiton fees/test fees as needed

My two favourite coaches in the same place - they're currently 400 miles apart so I have one all the time and visit the other one a couple of times a year for a week at a time (she's also my best friend)
