It is a miniature pair of boots and blades made by Father David Bauer, the coach for the Canadian Hockey team in 1956. He made the blades and had them chrome plated and then found a boot maker to make the boots which are leather. I guess they could not find small hooks but otherwise they are perfect-- truly beautiful and mean the world to me-- He gave them to me as the true winner of the "Gold" in Cortina.
