I don't know, but they're definitely different from any laces I have found for sale online.  Rainbo Sports can order the laces from Jackson for you.

By feel, I'd say cotton.

Thanks! I didn't like them, and I wanted to order white laces that aren't made of the same material. :) Do you think it's a blend? I heard Riedell is a cotton-poly blend, and that seemed to fray less.

How do you know what material these laces are by feel? My new pink laces don't feel like the Jackson ones at all -- they feel synthetic. Is there any difference in feel between nylon and polyester, cotton-nylon and cotton-polyester, etc?
