"Hop to the Top" is a seminar specializing in the use of hop techniques to improve a skater's overall strength and skating skills.  Durh this training session, skaters will hop into spins, jumps, and footwork.  Practicing hops enables skaters to move more gracefully into jumps and teaches them the core strength that they need to perform difficult elements.

Seminar runs from approximately 8 am until 2 pm followed by two hours of Open Freestyle. During freestyle private lessons will be available with Aidas Reklys. (Lithuanian Men's Champion)  Coaches are welcome to attend the seminar with their skaters for free, we hope to see you there.

Join us for about $15 an hour, less then the cost of club ice!
