Charming Yuzuru Moments
« on: December 19, 2015, 09:10:04 AM »
As he left the ice after his long program at GPF Orser asked him " How did that feel" and Yuzuru responded " I have no words." It took Orser a few more seconds but he then chuckled with delight. The joke, of course was the play on Orser's words to him as he left the ice at NHK when Orser stated "I have no words."  A charming insight into the personality of Yuzuru and the relationship between skater and coach. I live for these moments.

Oh, and the way he puts the foot out into the spread eagle between the two quads in the long. Understated yet deliberate. His ethereal quality reminds me of Janet Lynn.

Correction on my part. The quad-spread eagle-quad is in the short not long...just the way he sets the foot down , tho.
