I couldn't watch it.  That is terrible.  Poor animal.  There is no reason for him to be inside a rink! :-[ :police:

It's possible the wings were clipped - or maybe the bird just needed a faster take-off than it could manage from the ice.

It was very obvious that the handler hadn't much experience on the ice. It looked like he almost injured the bird by almost falling on it.

But why was there a lady in full hockey gear on the bench? Can girls play in the same game with the boys?
