Title: Spin Question
Post by: sk8tergirl on April 22, 2015, 09:03:03 AM
Hi Everyone! :) I was wondering if the same spin variation can count twice in a program as long as it is done on the other foot and in a different spin. For example, if the skater performs a pancake position on a IB sit, can they then get credit in a different spin if they perform the same position on the OB sit, (or does the position only count once per program)?  ???

Any difficult variation of position only counts the first time it is attempted in a program (regardless of which foot it's on).  Also, a pancake sit and a cannonball sit both count as the same variation since they both have the free leg in front.
