Since I'm planning to take up running again, this article has sent me running to Google glute exercises.. I already do them sometimes, but not very diligent about them :-[

Then again, the most I ever run is one or two miles (I have a nice 7:40 mile but no marathons thank you very much).

Dead butt syndrome.. too funny.
