Winter Ice Skating Camp!

Ice Town’s Winter Camp will be Monday Tuesday and Wednesday of Christmas and New Years! Get all of our Holiday shopping done while your kids have a blast on the ice!  Sign-up for the week of December 19, 20, 21 and December 26, 27, 28, which will be from 8am to 2pm and will feature:
•    On ice classes: choreography, private lessons, and technique
•    Off ice classes: dance, cardio, and stretching
•    Games
•    Prizes
•    Team building exercises
•    Crafts
•    Rock climbing
•    Broomball

Skaters will need to bring their own lunch, except on Wednesday when we have a pizza party!  All snacks and equipment will be provided. Applications will soon be available on our website: www.icetown.com

HOLIDAY VACATION SKATING CLINIC 2011
NON HOME CLUB MEMBERS WELCOME!!!
For Basic 3 thru Senior level skaters
Tuesday December 27 – Wednesday December 28 - Thursday December 29

Clinic will consist of Moves & Freestyle session, on and off-ice classes & practice time.  One chaperone will be designated to the group to make sure they are following their schedule, getting skates on properly and looking out for the safety of all the skaters.
BS skaters can be dropped off between 9:00 am – 10:30 am  -    Pick up 6:00

US skaters can be dropped off between 9:00 am - 9:45 am    -    Pick up 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

SEE SCHEDULE
Schedules for the clinic are based on level of each skater. Each level will receive a custom schedule for each day. Please make sure kids have skating clothes, off-ice clothing and sneakers, extra gloves, water, lunch and snacks.

**Another clinic will be held during February & April vacation

COST: $150.00 (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)                     
One day: $70.00

One day Adult Figure Skating Clinic
Sat 21 Jan 12 - 2:15pm

The National Ice Centre is pleased to announce this one day development clinic for adult skaters.

 The clinic will combine on ice and off ice sessions which will provide skaters with a well rounded, technical knowledge base.
 
Applications for the clinic will be accepted from skaters aged 16 and over who have already passed Skate UK level seven and have not yet passed NISA Field Moves level four, while spaces last. Each skater will receive three hours on ice and 75 minutes off ice tuition.
 
The clinic will include  flexibility and jump rotation, technical skills and exercises for figure and dance, in a structured yet fun environment.
 
The course costs £40 and must be pre-booked as places are limited.

CIFSC will be offering a Holiday Figure Skating Mini-Camp on December 27, 28 and 29 from 9:00-12:00 each day.  Cost is $50 per day.  Attend one, two or all three days!  Training on and off the ice will include stretching, conditioning, stroking  patterns, jumps, spins, edges, balance, posture and more.  See Karyn to reserve your spot.  You don’t want to miss it!

Skate With Us is the only Skate School for kids with programmes are that are specially created to offer children a chance to have a go and do more than they thought they ever could. Jumps - Covering technique for take off, mid air andlandings. On-ice and off-ice training.
Spins - Enhancing the skaters spin ability.
Off-Ice Stretches - Train on how to get your muscles ready for the on-ice skating.
