Yoga Trapeze - great for stretching and balance
« on: March 28, 2018, 02:59:33 PM »
I recently purchased a yoga trapeze from yogabody.com.  I absolutely love it! Originally I got it for inversion therapy and back pain relief, but I've found it to be really helpful with stretching and balance as well.  I use the handles by themselves to help me with my balance exercises, the trapeze for leg stretches and support, and the whole set up for core exercises!   I have it installed on ceiling mount brackets, but it is very versatile and can be used with a door mount or any sturdy beam capable of supporting weight.  (Please note: I am not affiliated with this company, just really like the product.)

Has anyone else tried this or other yoga trapezes?  What is your favorite stretch or exercise?
What is hard today, will one day be your warm-up.
