There's a new US Synchronized Skating information portal site that looks promising for getting information out about scoring, ramp ups, and new proposals.  (Such as the proposed Synchro Summer League.)

YOUR PORTAL TO THE U.S. SYNCHRO COMMUNITY LAUNCHES SATURDAY

BOSTON—Former Team USA competitors Erin Banco and Nicole Davies announce the launch of their new website, Get It Called (http://www.getitcalled.com/). The purpose of the website is to bring skaters, coaches, officials, administrators and trainers together on one interface to enhance and strengthen the U.S. synchronized skating community.

Users will interact in a positive, educational manner by engaging in forum discussions, sharing photos and videos, reading and commenting on columns and articles, and browsing team and competition profiles. Get It Called will provide synchro content relevant to everyone, from beginner skaters to world-class coaches and officials.

“I’m really excited about the potential here,” said Davies. “Get It Called will be a great resource for everyone involved in synchro, and hopefully it will lead to the development and popularity of the sport across the nation.”

Get It Called will compile synchro news from around the country in one location to increase awareness and visibility to the greater community. "There is truly nothing like Get It Called readily available,” said Banco. “We hope our site will instigate educational discussions that will strengthen the sport and help it grow for years into the future."

Banco and Davies explained that they want to encourage everyone involved in synchro to work together by sharing resources and information to help the U.S. remain a powerful force in the world arena and promote synchro as an Olympic sport.

“There’s so much out there about synchro,” explained Davies. “We just need to leverage that, converge all our resources on one interface, and show the country and the world who we are.”

“Check out the site and create an account,” said Banco, “then delve into your Get It Called portal and share with your friends.”

If you are interested in contributing content for the site contact Chelsea Schlecht, the Director of Public Relations, at schlecht@getitcalled.com.
