Is this a separate one from the Cyber Monday sale? I think that one discounts your cart automatically, and is based on what you spend.

I placed an order with Rainbo recently and that email address received the Black Friday message. My other email address didn't get it, so I think that was a special offer for current customers.

My other email was also registered with "Club Rainbo." The one I used for the order is newer (my other email is going away) so I just registered it when I made the purchase. Maybe the strategy was to reach out to newer list additions? I know it doesn't matter, I just like to puzzle things out. Rainbo is tech-savvy; when I simply visit their website without signing in or buying anything, I usually get some sort of email that same day.

I've never had a problem with their not responding to messages, but I live in the US. There was a holiday last week, so if you sent it then, that might be why you haven't gotten a response as yet.

Make sure you're sending to the email address mdsalesinc@att.net and check to see if their response ended up in your filtered mail.
