In addition to the Freeskate, Dance, Pairs, Compulsory Moves, Spin, Jump and Footwork events, the Announcement says they're offering a team event:

TEAM EVENT (min. 3/max. 5 team members)

No team member may perform more than 2 of the below elements. For every team member at Masters level there must be a member at Bronze level or below.

1. Flip - Loop Jump Combination
2. Spiral sequence covering full ice
3. Axel
4. Sit Spin
5. 3 jump sequence of non-listed jumps

Members used to recruit skaters for their team via skatingforums.  Haven't seen posts like that in a while; I guess they're only teaming up with friends.

I think a lot of teams are "established" these days as opposed to the earlier years. FWIW, I see a lot of posts on FB in certain adult comps pages.

I did this competition two years ago. It was a lot of fun and a really nice, supportive group. I can't really afford to do it this year, though.

The adults from my club talked about forming a team one year. Everyone but me has gotten injured or is skating at different rinks now, though.
