Painted skates

has anyone ever painted their skates? i am in the process of doing that now. i can't be the first person to have tried this? i will post pics as soon as i have then in my pc.

Yes I know a coach who paints her skates lavender. She said she used a special paint, but I can't remember what it was. It tolerated he cold and the bending. It didn't flake off.

Only the leather soles with molten Sno-seal!  :D
