Hi, I use them when the rink is closed , I find the transition from wheel to the toestop, are much more scary than from any edge to the toepick on ice skates, have any advice?

I've been toying with learning roller, but the lessons are scheduled the exact time public ice is held so I'm stuck.

Why quads and not pic-skates? As I understand the latter are much much more like blades making the transition pretty smooth.

thank you for the tip, they look nice !

In addition to PIC skates, which I use, also take a look at Snow White brand inlines...

I've read good things about them.

Inline figure skates look like fun but at these prices I need to stick to my old RollerBlades for exercise and work on moves on the ice.
I like Snow White's videos of basic moves.
