Note: this scholarship is restricted to New Jersey club members who have been competitive in qualifying singles competitions for one or more years.  (Synchro experience does not apply)

applicants must be residents of New England
applicants must attend an accredited 4-year college and
applicants must be a member of the USFS or PSA in good standing.
