Importance of proper fit and stiffness
« on: September 01, 2014, 12:29:16 PM »
Just wanted to post about how I can't believe what a difference our daughter's custom Harlicks have made in her skating in two short weeks. Her very wide foot meant she was in a boot that was too stiff for her but came close to fitting her foot.  Her harlicks aren't even all the way broken in and her skating is just so much nicer all the way around. Her coach keeps saying, "Look at how beautiful she is skating." I am looking forward to watching her learn new elements and improve in the coming months. I think this is going to be a good skating year!

Great.  What was she skating in before and what is she working on?
