How to do the Splits
« on: March 09, 2013, 04:40:13 PM »
This is just adorable - this woman goes through various stretches to use in learning how to do "the splits."

The outfit and location are what make the video so cute.  The headband is just so fun!

I got more wrapped up in the reactions of the people around her... LOL!

Seriously, though - I've been doing these things off and on and my flexibility has gone up quite a bit. I should do them 10 mins a day like she says!

Me, too...the people reacting to her and I need to get back to stretching 10 minutes a day.  Also made me think about my London trip coming up in September.

Thanks for posting this!  It was fun to watch.  Plus, these steps are simple enough that I think I'll be able to remember them easily.
