Pairs Costumes "Electricity" from Billy Elliot

Anyone have suggestions?  We are doing an adult show pairs program to "Electricity" from Billy Elliot.  We have 6 weeks, a small budget, and low standards.  We have never picked our own costumes before.  We are only performing once.
