Michael Weiss has several figure skating training videos from monkeysee that are posted on YouTube.  They cover some basic tips on performing the 3 edge and 3 toe jumps.  Each clip has normal and slow motion clips of Micahel performing single, double and triple versions of the jump in question.  Here's the first one:
