The last time I had to buy blades, the fitter told me the measurement of the blade should be the length of hour foot when measured with nothing on. My foot’s about 9 3/4, so I switched to the 9.75 (Coronation Ace) from 10.25 and it changed my life. I have the Chorus 255 and it fits fine.
I have never heard that before. It would vary based on the skate model because some have soles that extend past the upper, others are smaller than the upper. How would they mount the blade under your foot properly?
