Information about 'Graceful'?

One of the standard ISU Foxtrot tracks is 'Graceful' - does anyone have any more information about it as a piece of music, who composed it, who recorded it, other versions etc?

It's such a common word I don't get anything meaningful in an online search.

(Also, does anyone know who plays the ISU music?)

Icedancer, thanks for trying, but it doesn't give the information.  I have the track from here (I bought the CD), if you want to hear it.
