The first Pairs/Team

Say..does anyone know if the very first Pairs Team did the VERY SAME kind of moves/elements as today? I was just wondering.

I don't know who the first pairs team was, but they likely did much simpler elements.  Skated side by side holding edge, probably did simple side by side jumps, much more basic spins, they likely did way more gliding elements (edges and turns), and lifts were lower, and twists probably didn't come until later.

If you look at skating videos on youtube singles skaters from a long time ago did similar versions of what skaters do today- but the skating style was less athletic, it makes sense that pairs would have been the same way.
