Both Weir and Lysacek are going for 2014 Olympics? It is very interesting indeed. I'd be happy to be wrong, but I don't think that's going to happen.

His amateur status was reinstated before the beginning of the season last summer... the only reason he wasn't at this year's worlds was because he had knee surgery right after Europeans.I seriously doubt that his knees are going to hold out until 2014....
From reports this season, Lysacek wasn't able to reach a contractual agreement with US Figure Skating, which is why he sat out the season. Maybe a new agent will have more luck at negotiating and get him back into action.
They reinstated him? Seriously? That's ridiculous - why have any status at all then?
