NBC - Gymnastics & Skating Spectacular

This show is on now and the gymnastics portion is pretty funny, to me at least.

One blonde gymnast just did a beam exercise of sorts to "Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend."
Aside from it being a bit cheesy and the men accompanying her looking awkward, all I could think of were the hundreds of times I saw kids do that song for a showcase. lol

DH said that he'd already seen Lysacek's "Man in the Mirror" number, which is true.  I was hoping for something new, too, but the routine was great!

I just made the connection between the two sports: the Weiss family.  The parents were gymnasts and the kids were skaters.
