Petra Kolber hosts workouts on the FitTV channel from time to time.  I really like her workouts - she mixes different levels of demonstrators on the same workout and her instructions are pretty clear.  Plus, she's perky.  Her core workouts problem aren't challenging for iron men/women, but they'd be great for someone just starting out in skating who need to build core and cardio fitness.

It's fun to mix things up now and then, to keep workouts from getting boring.

There are few sample videos on her website.  If you get the Fit channel, look for her on the All-Star Workouts episodes. (DirecTV ch. 261?)

This NBC Affiliate (WRAL) has a daily fitness video, which I think is a great idea.
