Where on the Blade am I?

I thought it would be interesting to discuss what part of the skating blade is used for various skills and elements.

To start it off ...

Standard forward spins are done on the forward rocker of the blade using the back inside edge.
"If you still look good after skating practice, you didn't work hard enough."

Back one foot turns are done on the back part of the blade.
My glass is half full :)
