Learn from a catalog of over 20 assessment tests and over 20 corrective exercises how to determine a skater's deficits, then apply them by doing the most appropriate exercises for the skater. Simple to follow and easy to apply, this DVD will help a skater improve their skating skills by correcting problems in the musculoskeletal system.
"Advanced Competitive Training" was created for the skater who has completed the hardest progressions of either "The Competitive Skater" or "Adult Training" and are looking for the most challenging and sport specific workout.
