USFSA Fantasy Skating 2013-14
« on: October 15, 2013, 07:16:46 PM »
It's that time of the year again!  The ISU Grand Prix is ramping up and it's time for the USFSA Fantasy Skating Challenge!
http://www.usfsa.org/fantasyskating.asp

For each major competition, the USFSA groups the competitors/teams into three pools (A, B, and C.)  Select who you think will win each discipline and pool.  The rules have changed this year to include bonus points for top placements and the World Team Trophy competition.  Be sure to read the rules so you understand how the placements work.

Tip: make sure to double-check before picks close for every competition.  Last-minute withdrawals make your picks worthless if you chose them.

I expect to be solidly in the middle of the pack (as usual,) far beyond the weekly/final prizes.  I tend to pick with my heart, not my head.

Join in and have fun!

(PS - you have to register for the new season; last year's logins and teams won't work.)

"Three months in figure skating is nothing. Three months is like 5 minutes in a day. 5 minutes in 24 hours - that's how long you've been working on this. And that's not long at all. You are 1000% better than you were 5 minutes ago." -- My coach

Congrats!  I've never cracked the three-digit marker.  Impressive.
