Sk8strong DVDs
« on: July 16, 2011, 11:58:37 PM »
Has anyone ever tried the Sk8Strong DVDs? I am considering buying the "Developing the Youth Skater" off ice training DVD, but it's a lot of money and I want some input first.
Here is the product link: http://www.sk8strong.com/catalog/item/7395949/7718866.htm
Here is a demo video of the program:

I would really appreciate some input before making the purchase...Thanks!

I bought the manual (without the DVD).  It has all the exercises and warmup for all levels as well as harder progressions for exercises.
I found it very helpful and instructive.  If you have not done a lot of training and need help with proper form, I would get the DVD.  Otherwise the manual was an excellent investment- it has color photos and great descriptions.
