They do look like they're in great condition - great buy for someone, I hope!


OT: I saw a different pair of skates with Coronation Ace blades on them.  The seller claimed that the blades just needed to be sharpened, lol.  When I looked at the photos, they were flattened, there was NO hard steel edge left and the tail of the blade had been rounded from oversharpening.  Definitely useless to a real skater and pretty dangerous for even a beginner.

Just saw these 9.5" JW blades up for auction - 99ยข !  I think they're Pattern 99's and while they're scratched up, they still have a good amount of hard steel on them.
