Had an idea for a routine
« on: September 29, 2013, 04:33:47 PM »
I will not be using it.  But, I thought it would be really cool for a synchro or solo skater.  Have you seen these "light suit" routines done by dancers?  Pretty cool if a group  of skaters did it (or even a skater alone).  Might be cool for a Christmas show.  Depsnds on how you put the lights, it would be really cool with spins too.

Here are some videos to give you an idea.

One done from glowsticks

One done with actual neon string lights

Super cool one

Well, if you use it, please send me a video.  Would be cool if one of the big skating shows did it.

our Christmas ice show has a "waltz of the flowers" number with white dresses glowing in the dark. it was absolutely breathtaking to me when I first saw it. years later I qualified to skate in that number and it was fun :)
