I found Doug Leigh's toe loop series pretty helpful. I have a few videos from my sk8coach and have always found something of value in each instructor's approach. I do not have any recommendations for the salchow, as I have not tried any videos, except for Brian Orser's latest salchow exercise one. This one had no technique explanations at all, so I would not recommend it. I also did not care much for Stephane Yvars style (not enough explanations for my taste).
I really liked:
-Tugba Karademir's loop and flip lessons
-Robert Tebby's "Toe loop as a second jump"
One of the things that detracts me from purchasing more from mysk8coach is how they break up their video lessons. Sometimes they would mention the arms only, but to hear about the legs for another minute, you have to pay another lesson's fee of $4.99. The video "backspin air position" was in three parts and there was essentially no new information in videos 1 and 2. All of the information could have easily been summed up in one $4.99 video. While I applaud the idea of a la carte downloadable lessons, I felt taken advantage of.
Another good site is icoachskating.com.- they have great lessons as well (theirs is subscription fee based, though). I think you can try it out for free for 30 days.
