Here is an interesting video of a skater and a staged situation with first a verbally abusive parent and then a verbally abusive coach.  It is interesting to see the bystanders and their reactions.

Very interesting!!!  I hate to say it but I have seen similar "real life" situations at some of the rinks I skate at  :( Not so much with coaches but with parents...

Me too!  I'm feeling very guilty now.  Not that there are a lot of people like that - I have seen one though - I should have called a manager over.
