It's a lot of fun to skate on the beach!  We did this rink http://www.seasideice.com/about  They only open from Nov till Jan or Feb.  It can get in the 80's so sometimes it's slushy.  Of course for being public skate, and a very small rink, no jumps or spins.  Have lots of fun!  It's a unique experience.

Cool, I didn't know they did that at Redondo Beach. I'll have to check it out this winter.
