Hey, PCT Rule 92.4 still mentions transmission of international patent documents via telegraph and teleprinter (aka teletype).  When's the last time anyone dashed down to Western Union to send a telegram?

Morse code? when we were young,  we used smoke signals, and we were happy to have these!
